The quality of the light was lovely--not a harsh candor

 

but rather a loving kind truth, full of shade and subtlety

 

Touched gentle by the light

 

a pirouette of maple yellow, giving back the Summer's glow

 

sun star and mist

 

 

cluttered, untidy, tattered--and yet, quite beautiful!

 

Company on golden pond

 

water dappled with fall reflection
